Every friday, in the afternoon, my association, Nevo Parudimos, has a special event. Volunteers, like me, and local people from Resita, meet in different places to discuss about their different cultures. This is one of my favourites activities during my year here in Resita as a volunteer, because I have the opportinity to meet new people from here, and also learn about other cultures, like Turkey, Italy, Greece, Jordan, and of course, Romania. It is called language cafe because we usually have an informal conversation in a library or in a cafe, taking tea and snacks.
